Parallels Beta and Windows Vista Problem

Parallels is a tool that lets you run Windows in a virtual machine on an Intel Mac. They recently released a Beta build with many cool features. One of the less cool features is Windows Vista seems to sometimes hang on startup at the progress bar - I tried it with Vista RC2 5744 build but apparently it happens with the RTM build as well. At any rate, there is a workaround - disabling the CD-ROM and / or USB support. Hopefully there will be an official fixed beta for this in the near future - I just figured I would write this for other people who run into the same problem.
